All of the oral presentations given at the meeting will be published by Kluwer Academic Publishers as a separate book. Therefore, all the contributions should be prepared with the LaTeX form and submitted to the director of the meeting. The deadline for the submission of the contributions is December 31, 1998. Kluwer Academic Publishers has developed a special style file for authors who want to submit LaTeX articles. KLUWER.STY is a general LaTeX style file which is used for all Kluwer journals. Authors can obtain KLUWER.STY and the instruction file from Kluwer Academic Publishers' information system KAPIS.
