General Information for Oral and Poster Presenters

Oral presentations

•Oral presentations are 15 min including discussion and speakers are asked to download their Power Point presentation on the computer the day before their talk.

Poster presentations

•One display board will be provided for each poster

•The maximum size for posters is 90 cm wide and 110 cm high

•All Posters should be put up on Monday during coffee break or lunch time and should be removed on Wednesday after 15.30

•The posters (P01-P21) should be presented on Monday (14.00-15.30)

•The posters (P22-P45) should be presented on Wednesday (14.00-15.30)
